Enföld was launched in 2012 in Tokyo by the designer Mizuki Ueda.
The brand quickly became popular and gained a strong domestic following, since great success on pop up
stores, soon after launching a store at Isetan Shinjuku in Tokyo.
Today, the brand has shop in shops in all major retailers in Japan including Isetan, Barneys and Takashimaya and the collection is available in over 60 key specialty stores. This domestic success spurred awareness abroad and 2014 Fall Winter the brand launched internationally. Currently, Enföld is stocked in over 100 of the world’s most premium boutiq ues and department stores. In September ’16 they opened their first Flagship store in NYC. Enföld means “wrapping” and “embracing”. e garments gently wrap around you in a seeming embrace and provide a timeless wardrobe which you will keep and enjoy.
